    Yes, we actively monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly.
    What happens if my flight is delayed significantly and I don't have updated information?
    Please contact us by phone or email to keep us informed. We will work with you to ensure your chauffeur is available for your new arrival time.
    Are airport fees included in the price?
    Our pricing includes a grace period for waiting time and standard meet-and-greet service. Any extended waiting time beyond this period or extra parking fees may be charged separately.

    Our professional chauffeurs will be on-hand to "Meet and Greet" you on arrival with a name-board and take care of your luggage. We offer meet and greet services on all airport and cruise port pickups.
    Free Waiting Time

    There will be no charge if your flight is delayed. We make sure you have up to 45 minutes of free waiting time after landing for passengers to clear passport control, baggage reclaim and Customs.

    We monitor all the flights via airport flight checker . So if your flight is delayed or early our driver will be waiting at the new expected time of arrival.
